Task 2:Differences and similarities between a wiki an a blog

Differences
1. A blog is an online journal where the author can update whenever they choose. It is usually daily, weekly or monthly. A wiki can be updated anytime.
2. A blog has one author who is responsible for publishing their own posts. A wiki can be edited or updated by anyone around the world.
3. Blogs are for news or information that is happening now or that is recent. A wiki has a better use for more definite information. It is more long term. It displays academic information.

Similarities
1. You can add widgets to both blogs and wikis.
2. Both blogs and wikis can be set up using free software.
3. Both Blogs and wikis are easily accessible to people all over the world.
